    I ordered a set of of these high quality “Marquis by Waterford” champagne flutes to add to my collection. One of the four, though properly packaged, was broken. I filled out the on-line ‘problem’ form and two days later received another complete set of four at no charge.

    This is “Typical service” from Amazon, and I always look for products there before going elsewhere, because I have absolute trust in them – BL

    Beautiful. We hardly ever use these glasses with company that we don’t receive a compliment. We love several of the Marquis by Waterford line.
